For the past 10 years, I've worked as a civil engineer and construction manager, holding a
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Construction Management. I've spent my
career understanding how homes and buildings actually go together — structurally, practically,
and honestly. In 2025, I put that experience to personal use, completely renovating my own
home's interior and finishing an additional basement space from the ground up. That project is
what pulled me into real estate — I realized I didn't just want to build and fix homes, I wanted to
help people find theirs while enjoying the whole experience; making it less stressful and more
fun along the way.
That background is exactly what I bring to my clients today. I specialize in working with first-time
homebuyers, investors, home flippers, and construction-focused buyers and companies—
because I can walk through a property and actually see what's behind the walls, what a
renovation will really cost, and what's worth your concern versus what isn't. Whether you're
