to event coordination and marketing support.
Beyond handling day-to-day tasks, I focus on supporting agent success by providing thorough onboarding
for new agents and offering ongoing training and coaching to ensure every agent has the tools they need
to thrive.
As a natural problem-solver, I regularly assess workflow challenges, implement process improvements,
and help mediate agent issues with empathy and professionalism. I’m also a driving force behind
