About Amanda Stem

My passion for the real estate industry has been a lifelong pursuit, spanning three decades and counting.
I’ve had the privilege of working with and learning from several top-producing agents and teams along the
way. With experience in sales, operations, marketing, design, new construction, and communication and
member support for the local trade association, I have a well-rounded understanding of the industry.
Now, I bring my experience and knowledge to RE/MAX InStyle as the Director of Agent Services, where I
manage the bookkeeping and financial aspects of the business. The most significant (and everyone’s
favorite!) part of my role is processing commissions.
